Colorado Capitol Coverage is produced by the Capitol News Alliance, a collaboration between KUNC News, Colorado Public Radio, Rocky Mountain PBS, and The Colorado Sun, and shared with Rocky Mountain Community Radio (RMCR) and other news organizations across the state. There are two statewide ballot measures on the Colorado ballot in 2025. Both address funding for the state’s Healthy School Meals for All program, and both were referred to the ballot by the state legislature earlier in 2025.
